To support our expanding workload and better serve our clients, we are actively hiring for multiple positions at one or more of these locations.
Now Hiring: Licensed Professional Surveyor (PS)
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Surveyor to lead survey operations in one or more of our Ohio offices (Circleville, Lancaster, and/or Springfield).
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage survey projects from proposal through completion
- Oversee field crews and office staff to ensure accurate, efficient work
- Perform boundary, topographic, construction, and ALTA/NSPS surveys
- Review and sign plats, legal descriptions, and survey documents
- Coordinate with our civil engineers and clients to support design and construction projects
- Help refine standards, workflows, and technology used by the survey group
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Ohio Professional Surveyor (PS) license
- Strong technical knowledge of survey principles, standards, and regulations
- Experience leading field and/or office survey staff
- Proficiency with modern survey instruments and software
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
This is a key leadership opportunity with the ability to shape how survey services are delivered across one or more offices.
Also Hiring: Professional Engineers, EITs, and CAD Technicians
We are also expanding our civil engineering and production teams in Circleville, Lancaster, and Springfield.
Professional Engineers (PE)
Ideal candidates will:
- Hold an active Ohio PE license (or ability to obtain in a reasonable timeframe)
- Have experience in site/civil, transportation, municipal, or related disciplines
- Be comfortable managing projects, coordinating with clients, and mentoring junior staff
- Prepare and review plans, specifications, reports, and permitting documents
Engineers in Training (EIT)
Ideal candidates will:
- Hold an EIT/FE certification or be eligible and motivated to obtain it
- Have a degree in civil engineering or a closely related field
- Support design tasks, calculations, plan production, and field investigations
- Be interested in professional growth toward licensure and increased responsibility
CAD Technicians
Ideal candidates will:
- Have experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D (or similar CAD platforms)
- Produce clear, accurate construction drawings and plan sets
- Work closely with engineers and surveyors to translate designs into detailed plans
- Maintain organized drawing files and adhere to company standards
